Re: [ARSCLIST] Crest Records / Silver Crest

I have a couple of questions,about two Golden Crest Lps,that I own:

1)Did anybody noteworthy play on a "Rocking the Classics Suite" Golden Crest CR 3035?The back cover only gives us names like "Serge Sputnik",and "Orville O. Siris".The music,by the way, sounds like what you heard on a lot of
low budget TV shows,in the late 50s,and early 60s,when they wanted to characterize rock and roll.

2)The issue of CR 3075,with the "Wailers Wail" front, and no band photo,is a second issue,is it not?Does anybody know which is the scarcer of the two?

Thanks,
Roger

Seems to be same label as Golden Crest, founded by Clark Galehouse.
Apparently there was an article a few years back, mentioned here:

Masters for some things still exist, as reported on various reissues.
You will want to contact John and Shelley Broven, the current owners.
Alas, I don't have contact info.
