[ARSCLIST] Stravinsky recordings
Hello, folks:
Does anyone have information about LP and CD reissues of original 78
rpm sets of Igor Stravinsky conducting his own works?
The only original 78 sets I know about are:
Le Sacre du Printemps (Columbia m 417) from 1942
Firebird Suite (Columbia mm 653) from 1947
Symphony in Three Movements (Columbia mm 680) from 1947
I'm sure there are more.
What I'm trying to find out is if these specific recordings were
reissued in the LP era.
For example, is the 1950s LP version of Firebird on Columbia ML 4046
the same recording as Columbia mm 65, or different? Has it been
issued on CD?
Etc., etc.... !
