Looking at the photos (and I'd want hundreds of them, every square inch of everything I'm bidding on 
before I throw millions of dollars anywhere), the storage seems to be a warehouse building, I'd ask 
about climate controls. Also, the records shown seem to be leaning on an angle, which is not good 
storage practice. The CD storage shown seems fine.

Is that the actual collector shown in the two images?
