These come up on my searches. I think I bought some surplus closeout cheap online somewhere the last time I bought a case. If I find my old invoice, I'll pass it along also. I cannot personally recommend any of these, just passing them along.

Subject: [ARSCLIST] Leader tape
Has anybody _recently_ successfully ordered leader tape for reels? I
just tried to order paper tape (which is what we have been using without
problems) and FullCompass called to say they can't get it. There was an
earlier go round on this, but the other vendors recommended no longer
listed it in their catalogues.
And if not paper leader tape, then what?
