No 14" reels here.

I suggest you hit TapeKurt at US Recording with an e-mail because he might well have 14" flanges not 
shown on his website:
http://www.usrecordingmedia.com/index.html
You could then easily transplant 14" flanges to a 1/2" hub of your choice, swapping out 10" flanges 
if you wish.
