seems that you could. one method would be to use something akin to Serato's Pitch 'n Time, which allows a graphic pitch shift plot (changing over time), as well as a tempo pitch shift, also by a graph. you'd have to do both in order to change the pitch and tempo simultaneously (as a tape would).
