Re: [ARSCLIST] Spoken Arts records

I'm not where I can double check, but I recall that the line was distributed by Wesminster. I recall they first came with die-cut covers, later in normal square covers.

Checking my broken run of Billboard directories, I find them at Box 289, New Rochelle, 10802. Their also owned Helicon. No person's name is given. (1984-5)

By my next issue for 2003, they're gone.

I'm afraid that's as far as I can take it.

Steve

Hi Steve:

Alas, no such person anymore. The address appears to be an apartment building on Google's sat photo. Any ideas on who might know?

Thanks.

My "in perpetual progress" "Who Owns It" database gives Arthur Luce Klein as the owner, at 59 Locust Av, New Rochelle, NY. Alas! This is in 1972.

Does anyone know who is the current owner of the archives of what was once Spoken Arts Records, based in New Rochelle NY?
