Yes, and these new "plug and drive" cars that charge overnight in the garage will prove to be a VERY unpleasant surprise to anyone with Northeast power bills. And don't even get me started about the ethanol boondoggle.

But this all has nothing to do with ARSC.

This sounds like Art Bell stuff to me. Electric cars were not practical for anything but the shortest trips in those days and still can't compete with gas or diesel powered cars on absolute fuel efficiency today.
