Hi Jeff,
I looked into it once but couldn't find a supplier. If it is just a few 
you need, it may be simpler to take the tape out of a new tape. I have 
some new microcassettes made by Panasonic (RT-60MC) that are the 
screw-type. You can't see the screws from the tape face because they are 
covered by the label sticker.
