You posted this back in May! Anyway...it seems to me that the folks
who create archival catalogs (or want to?) are actually slightly
deranged by any normal standards! There are a very few people (Brian
Rust, apparently Steve Abrams of the C8T project, and myself if I had
the requisite time and money, usw.) who are actually DATA collectors
along with/as opposed to record (or other forms of preserved sound)
collectors! Worse yet, any project needing this task accomplished
really requires one of these slightly-crazed individuals...we've seen
the results when we use uninterested personnel for that task or set
thereof...
