Don't forget the ability to stand at the counter and twiddle and be totally oblivious to the line of 50 people stretching out the door into the parking lot.

This was an interesting report...a word to the wise about mailing
stuff...I don't know where this is being used.

And no word on the effect on postal EMPLOYEES...who, one assumes, turned
green and now glow in the dark as well as displaying an alarming tendency
to shoot one another...

Oh, wait...turns out that last tendency was also displayed BEFORE
irradiation...
