I do not know if this has been tested to the IASA standard you mention, but the folks at Digital 
Audio Labs will answer e-mail.

If you want external, there are a variety of options from many companies, firewire and USB. Also 
multi-channel.

The reason I like the Card Deluxe is that transfers made with it sound like the source, plain and 
simple. And it's built rugged enough to live inside a PC and not have noise issues. For the quality 
of sound, I still think it's a great value. Other devices definitely have more features, but I work 
on the basis of sound quality above all and this one has it.

I'm looking for stand alone sound card that meets the recommendations from
IASA TC-04 regarding the analogue to digital converter and jitter. Does
