[ARSCLIST] "Berliner Gramophone Records" - book

The discography published by Greenwood Press in 1995 has gone through two  
printings.   It is not, however, "out of print".  The publisher's  website has 
listed it as "out of stock" for some time, and has been accepting  backorders.
 
I've been advised that the orders currently on file with them will be  filled 
in January.  
 
The book is now part of their "books on demand" program and copies will be  
printed as orders for them are placed.
