[ARSCLIST] CD sleeves for binders

I'm looking to buy clear CD sleeves that will fit into a 3-ring binder for a CD archiving project a colleague and I are undertaking. Univenture has the binder and types of sleeves we're looking for (http://www.univenture.com/tech_safetysleeve.html) but I'm concerned about their patented Safety-Sleeves because the sleeve is backed w/ a thin layer of PVC. They call them archival but that doesn't necessarily mean anything, and it's my understanding PVC is always to be avoided for any type of storage. Has anyone used these and/or have recommendations for a source 3-ring CD sleeves?

Thanks,
