Would a Keith Monks or Loricraft or Nitty Gritty or Moth record cleaning
machine remove this white powder?

Which solution will not chemically alter the acetate lacquer?

We've used the Disk Doctor's record cleaner solution and brushes kit to
clean over 400 transcriptions with great results.
