Check with Larry Holdridge. I had two Victors which I believe are the sort
you mean - each had a sticker on the reverse directing the user to "adjust
the governor to permit of but 60 rpm". Anyway, I sent him the relatively
good one and gave the cracked one to a local used-record shop. Larry
replied that such discs were not as rare as I had thought. Since mine was
in poor condition, we agreed on a nominal price ($25). At any rate, he may
have some on hand or know where/when one would be available.

Unfortunately, I have no Internet address immediately available; I trust
someone else can provide it.
