[ARSCLIST] High speed Cassette duplication equipment?

I've been fixing a number of tapes for someone recently who has a high-speed
standard audio cassette duplicator. Unfortunately, their unit runs at 16X
and does not have an end-of-tape sensor. This results in a significant
number of cassettes ending up with the head of the tape yanked off the pack
and wrapped around the hub/spindle when they are rewound.

Does anyone have a recommendation of a good high-speed standard audio
cassette duplicator that does have an end-of-tape sensor? The recordings
are voice only so the quality does not have to be tremendous but he does
need fairly good reproduction. The machine does need to be high speed but
does not need to be 16X.

Any recommendations would be most appreciated. I'm getting tired of opening
up cassettes and removing the mangled tape.

Thanks,
