[ARSCLIST] Recommended published discographies?

As a new and intend-to-be-serious 78 collector and archivist (general
focus), I need to acquire the various published discographies.

Which ones should I get to be fairly complete across the musical and
time spectrum of the 78 era? And of those which overlap, which are
considered more authoritative?

I know some discographies are long out-of-print, but that's fine since
I'm sure I'll locate them somewhere.

(As an aside, someone mentioned to me that I should get both editions
of Brian Rust's Complete Entertainment Discography, since Rust
removed entries for the 2nd edition. Is this true?)
