[ARSCLIST] BWF and Metadata software tools

What software tools and packages are people using to:

1.  generate BWF files from WAV files
2.  view/edit/add Metadata to BWF files
3.  automate file management (access/migration) based on
    BWF Metadata

I am interested in (1) and (2) immediately, and (3) for the
future in order to leverage (1) and (2).

If you have likes or dislikes regarding the tools you are
using, that would be great to hear about.
