I did not intend for the list to receive the email, and the second time
it went out an apology was sent along with it. I then sent a third
email, without the original email, with another apology.
I was in the process of sending several emails about a research
fellowship that our special collections library is offering, and the
ARSC is one of the organizations I wanted to inform. Unfortunately, I
had not immediately deleted the email in question (my mistake) and it
was inadvertently mailed to the list in the process.
After I sent my apology, several people emailed me back stating this
email is going around again, they had already received it several times
recently, and not to worry about it. However, it seems a few people
were
quite angry about it. Once again, my apology and if I need to be taken
off the list I can accept that.
If anyone wants information about the research fellowship contact me
personally I will not send it to the list.
