I hope that they are still in business- they can supply you with whatever you will need to repair tape.
In looking at the block that I use to repair cassette width tape , I see another name which may prove usefull- " THE TALL COMPANY " - also in Mount Vernon , N.Y.
The part number for the block appears to be S-1.
