Well, no...Jones & Hare even recorded for Grey Gull, and Ellington recorded
for
anyone who would have him (though almost all these eventually became part of
ARC, which CBS/Sony now owns). However, eventually all sound recordings
will be owned by a universe-wide conglomerate...which won't reissue any of
'em!
