I don't who would pay for it but given my choice I'd probably recommend
starting over if you are creating something for education. Those people are
paid to produce TV, not educational materials. Your first expense would be
getting rights to use the material. If I were producing the latter I'd want
some third party review. I'd want accuracy in statements. I'd want
clarification of some points.

(and I'd want money)

I'd love to see this program expanded to create a learning tool for future
sound preservation training.  Could this be done relatively inexpensively by
using the edited out material and adding to it?  And who would pay for it?
