Re: arsclist Need: Transfer reel to reel audio to CD

Dave,

Thanks for the reply.  The tapes are with my cousin in San Diego.  I think it is better to have them transported by hand.  What is the "Ampex and studer lists"?  How do I get to them?

Hello,

There are several of us out here that do this sort of work, I have a studio here in MN just for doing this type of service, or Richard Hess, Art Schifrin etc can be found on the Ampex and studer lists as well.

Hi,

Is there a service that will transfer a few 6" audio reels to a CD?

Thanks.
