When I follow this link the page loads fine, but when I click on
"download CDRID" I get the response "you don't have permission
to access this server".

Has anyone else succeded in downloading CDRID?

I just downloaded it (again) from the primary site - no difficulty.

Incidentally, I may be responsible for its still being available. Frank had planned to drop it entirely since he will not adapt to the new encoding. I pointed out that it would then be posted only at pirate sites and offered to keep a copy up for him. He graciously offered to keep it at his site without support.
