CoolEdit Pro (at least) offers the capability since it provides the option 
to disable such output. Indeed, disabling it is *strongly* recommend if you 
plan to write the file to CD-DA; mastering programs have a nasty habit of 
interpreting such data as audio with ... disturbing results.

You should have information on it in the manual; since I've not used it, I 
cannot advise you beyond that.
