Gaylord sells non-acidic envelopes, boxes, etc. for storing phonograph
records,
and other library suppliers may also have such materials.
For comments on handling and storage of sound recordings you might want to
consult the articles on these subjects in the ARSC Journal: storage in
Vol. 24,
no. 2 (Fall, 1993) and handling in Vol. 25, no. 2 (Fall, 1994), articles based
on work done during the ARSC Rigler-Deutsch Index project.
