I've just posted it on my server.  It's most of a talk recorded by James
Gerard for Nation's Forum in 1918.  He was our Ambassador to Germany from
1913 until war was
declared.  I edited out the conclusion, which is a reiteration of what he
said earlier in the talk.

The file's about 3.5 meg, in mono.

This was taken directly from my rather pristine original pressing.
