Arkansas
Arkansas has 396 documented outdoor sculptures. Little Rock has 139 of them, with the rest spread throughout the state. One of Arkansas's earliest outdoor sculptures is Nydia, the Blind Girl of Pompeii in Pea Ridge, which dates to 1860, and one of the most recent is the J. William Fulbright Fountain in Fayetteville, dedicated in 1998. Over 30 pieces of Arkansas outdoor sculpture have been nominated for the National Register of Historic Places.
