OPAL GLASS FOR THE TOOVYTYPE PROCESS.

In a late article on the details of the Toovytype we complained of the quality of the opal glass as being quite unfit; for printing purposes. Since then we have received from Mr. J. A. Forrest, of Liverpool, a sample of his "patent plate opal," which is perfect in every way, and will answer all the requirements connected with the successful practice of this process. It is perfectly flat and smooth, and the polish exquisite. The surface may also be ground for pictures which have to be coloured.
